1. Introduction

Welcome to EQ BOX. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products & Orders

  • All tack boxes are custom-made to order based on your selected specifications.
  • Product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary slightly from photos.
  • Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include production costs.
  • Payment is processed through MyFatoorah secure payment gateway.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by MyFatoorah.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery

  • Production and delivery typically takes 7-14 business days from order confirmation.
  • We deliver within Kuwait and GCC countries.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on production schedule and location.
  • You will be contacted to arrange delivery once your order is ready.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Warranty & Quality

  • All products come with a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will assess warranty claims on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Customization & Personalization

  • Engraving and logo placement are final once approved by you.
  • You are responsible for providing correct spelling and artwork.
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.
  • Logo artwork must be provided in high-quality format (vector preferred).

8. Limitation of Liability

EQ BOX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
